Once again the East Anglian Jack Russell Club had a good two days at the East Anglian Game & Country Fair.
The Saturday saw many people coming to the stand and also taking part in the racing in the large arena behind their stand as well as coming along to the main arena at the end of the day.
The results of the Terrier & Lurcher show were as follows:
In the Terrier ring Judged by Mrs T Loomes from Surrey
Best in Show and Best Jack Russell was Taff with Mr A Jones from Essex.
Reserve Best in Show and Best Coloured Terrier was Cass with Mr J Beaney from Essex.
Best Puppy was Buster with Mr A Gyton from Norfolk.
Reserve was Titch with Ms S Morris.
Best Child Handler was Chloe Johnson with Rambo from Northamptonshire.
In the Lurcher rings Judged by Mr P Newsome from Lincolnshire and Ms V Grocock of Liecestershire.
Best in Show and best O23" was Murphy with Miss N Wreford from Suffolk.
Reserve Best in Show and Best U 23" Elkie with Ms A Perry from Suffolk.
Best child handler was Miles Goodley with Robie.
All Trophies & Champion Rosettes were donated to The East Anglian Jack Russell Club and presented by Tracey Allen of Countryman's Weekly.
On Sunday they had a racing session in the arena before the start of the Terrier & Lurcher show which was well supported with entries coming from far and wide. The racing again in the main arena was well supported especially the children racing the terrier races.
On the Sunday Tracey Allen of the Countryman's Weekly presented the Clubs Annual Points Trophies.
The Robson Trophy to Lillian Clarke for the U 12½ Jack Russell,
The Ibbett Trophy to Best JR Bitch to Sarah Goodley.
The Glen of Imal Trophy to John Beaney for Best JR Dog.
In the Lurchers The English Trophy was awarded to John Hoyland for Best Puppy the U23" Trophy went to John Creed and the Over 23" went to Pat Flatman.
