The day will begin with a team of four from each Young Farmers Club catching a Salmon (fly fishing with The Salmon & Trout Association) followed by a Honda quad transfer during which their ATV handling skills will be tested to the shooting area to bag a "Brace of Grouse" (laser shooting) and finally another quad handling test on their way to "stalk a Red Deer Stag" (Archery with Norfolk Archery), all under the guidance and advice of experienced professionals.
