Laurent Joerger - Head Chef of The Olive Branch Tunstead

Laurent Joerger, who originated and was classically trained in France but with his heart and family in Norfolk, a Chef with a desire to make a mark on the eating experience available to everyone.

Having worked in a variety of Restaurants in the UK making his way from the South West to the South East working with a Paul Merrett in London for a while.

At The Olive Branch Restaurant you will experience a more informal lunchtime service, which will cater for all tastes - from those who want to lunch on the run, to the more relaxed lunch for those with time on their hands, all with a five star service.

In the evening you can return to sample the a la carte menu with that same five star service, but with the understanding that your dining experience will not be rushed and that  food is to be savoured and complimented with an exceptional selection of wines and specialty beers.
