A previous winner of the 2005 EDP Young Chef of the Year, Andy has been the Sous Chef at the Award winning Wildebeest Arms for the past 18 months. Andy could have chosen the world of football for a career having trialled for Aston Villa at an early age but cooking is his great passion second only to his ever expanding young family.
