Next year the cookery theatre will have more of a country kitchen feel; stands within the food hall will interact more with the demonstrations, which will enable the audience to become more involved in the cookery theatre, we have some new and exciting additions to the line up planned.
We welcome back food writer and cook Mary Kemp in 2011, we are looking forward to working more closely with her in the planning and organisation of the cookery theatre next year, in addition to her hosting the chef demonstrations over the two days.
