Nobby the Norfolk Horn stands centre stage while others are introduced to their podiums. The shearing demonstration is well commentated and has the audience captivated, "It's a bit like Miss World in sheep" says New Zealander Richard Savory who owns and operates the show from their farm in Norfolk. The 30 minute show is cleverly devised and is highly entertaining and extremely informative, a rare combination. The highlight of the show is the "The sheep show Hustle, Dancing sheep. Set on its own stage trailer with sound and lighting, The Sheep Show will be performed 4 times daily and back stage, the stars can be seen throughout the day.

Next to the Sheep Show will be local sheep Farmer Gareth Daniels who will be demonstrating the skill of Sheep Shearing at the end of each Sheep Show.
